Who is eligible for the Sober Founders Health Plan?
The plan is available exclusively to Sober Founders member businesses and their employees. (Confirm eligibility rules, e.g. minimum group size.)
How are rates determined?
Plans, benefits and rates are set by state. When you continue to enrollment, choose your state to see the member rates that apply to your business.
Who are AmeriBenefit Plan and Modern Benefits?
AmeriBenefit Plan is the plan administrator that runs the enrollment platform. Modern Benefits is the national employee benefits consultant that manages enrollment and supports members before and after they enroll.
Can I offer only dental or vision?
Confirm whether lines of coverage can be purchased separately.
What happens after I submit my information?
You’ll go straight to the enrollment portal to view plans. You’ll also get a confirmation email from Modern Benefits with a link to return anytime and a way to reach us with questions.
I started enrolling but didn’t finish. What now?
